Colours & Finishes

All our furniture is available in several different colours and finishes - a selection of which are shown below.

Furniture can be ordered with a clean finish or it can be 'distressed' to replicate years of use. During the distressing process edges are smoothed, corners are shaded, and dents and scratches are carefully added to those areas in which they would naturally occur. Finally each piece is polished and hand waxed to a wonderful warm patina.

A 'Hand Scraped' finish is also available. This distinctive finish is achieved by hand planing each piece of oak to give a soft, rippled effect. This is demonstrated to its full effect in our Jacobean and Clifford ranges.

Colour matching
If you require your new furniture to match the colour of your existing furniture a colour matching service is available.
